Current vault mechanics: - Deposits through the router issue shares in the same transaction using the latest valid published NAV. There is no separate pending-deposit claim. Deposits require the necessary vault state and a valid NAV; an unavailable NAV does not automatically create an asynchronous deposit request. - A redemption request transfers shares into the queue. Under the current production configuration, each request has a seven-calendar-day waiting period before it becomes eligible for release. Eligibility is not a guaranteed payment date. - Release follows FIFO within the weekly budget, currently up to 15% of opening AUM, and available cash, subject to the approval process. The budget resets on Monday at 00:00 UTC; eligible requests can be released during the week. A request can be partially released, with the remainder keeping its original queue position. - Released shares enter the vault's redemption settlement process. After NAV settlement, the user claims the available asset. Unreleased shares can be cancelled and returned as shares, subject to transfer restrictions and vault pauses; cancellation does not pay out USDT. Already released portions cannot be cancelled through the queue. - supUSDT represents a share of net assets, not a fixed one-for-one entitlement to USDT. Returns are reflected in NAV. Request-time estimates do not lock the eventual redemption value. The strategy focuses on approved maritime credit and permitted liquidity holdings under the applicable investment mandate. It is not fractional vessel ownership or a direct distribution of charter rent to each LP. Loan-level security, collection controls, legal vehicles and enforcement rights depend on the executed transaction documents. Do not describe every loan as having a vessel mortgage, equity pledge, completed escrow arrangement or assured bankruptcy protection without supporting evidence. Lagoon supplies vault infrastructure. Its protocol audit reports do not certify SUPRO's loans, all custom components or every deployment. Public technical access also does not establish universal legal eligibility.
