What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store the name and email address you type in, together with the IP address the request came from, your browser's user-agent string, the page you submitted from, and your language preference.
We do not use tracking cookies for the waitlist, and we do not buy or enrich your details from third parties.
Why we collect it
The name and email are used for one purpose: to contact you about the Supro vault waitlist — launch access and the monthly transparency report. We will not use them for unrelated marketing.
The IP address, user-agent and source page exist to keep the form usable: they are how we rate-limit and identify automated submissions. They are not used to profile you and are excluded from any export of the list.
We rely on your consent, which is why the checkbox on the form is not pre-ticked. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).
Who can see it
The list is visible only to Supro staff whose account has been explicitly granted access in our admin console; it is a separate permission from every other part of the system, so having access elsewhere does not grant access here.
We do not sell or share the list. If we later use an email delivery provider to send the report, we will name it here before doing so.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is closed and no longer used — whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email info@suprofinance.xyz and we will delete your entry, or send you a copy of what we hold. Deletion is a real deletion — the record is removed rather than flagged as hidden. We keep an internal log that a deletion happened, which records who performed it and why, with your email address masked.
Because we only hold what you typed plus request metadata, there is nothing further to opt out of — not signing up is the complete opt-out.
